The beds were incredibly comfortable and the room had a flat screen TV with cable channels, a whirlpool bath, and early check-in and easy check-out made the stay convenient.

I’ve stayed here before and enjoyed the hotel but this time our room wasn’t great al all. The bathroom had no counter space and the shower was super awkward. No shower door-just a curtain. The shower head was adjustable so had to move it as high as we could (we are fairly tall). Also a few of the outlets weren’t properly attached to the wall.
The grab and go food was decent and convenient. The staff was friendly.

The hotel's location was very convenient, just a short walk from Bellingham Railway Museum. It was situated in a comfortable area near shopping, conveniences, the waterfront, and the downtown core, making it a great base for exploring. I really enjoyed the Mexican meals at the attached restaurant.

Room service was delicious. Loved the down blankets and the shampoo and conditioner installations in the showers.
$30 pet fee seems a bit high.

our recent stay in bellingham was great, but four points made it even better! from the warm welcome to the surprise upgrade, kyle went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. we would definitely stay here again.

Room was comfortable if you could ignore noise.
Noisy, torn up for construction, indoor pool smells of chlorine and is very noisy all day. (It is no longer going to be a Bst Western--good riddance!)

Serviceable, clean, convenient to freeway. Friendly front-desk.
Dreary, humid due to pool inside 4 story atrium, air conditioning unit sits under the window so cool air is pumped under the curtains where it mostly stays. Lights inside atrium stay on all night so you have no choice but to close curtains.
